Abstract:［Abstract： Purpose］ To normalize writing styles and description formats of authors’ affiliations with laboratories affixed.［Methodology］ The paper conducts research on papers in WANFANG DATA and CNKI.［Findings］ It is found that there are various writing styles and description formats of authors’ affiliations with laboratories affixed, and description formats in which the author is with laboratory and supporting institutions are muddled. Therefore, the paper concludes eleven commonly used writing styles; starting with present editorial norms and national, provincial and municipal administrative provisions on laboratories, it analyzes the normative writing styles.［Conclusions］ It is suggested that writing styles of the authors with key laboratories shall be in accordance with unified naming regulations of national key laboratories,in case the author is affixed with laboratory and supporting institution or subordinate department, it is suggested to describe them as two independent units, between which there should be a “;”and there should also be order number, also, digits shall be added at the right top of the author’s name to show difference.
