Abstract:Abstract： ［Purpose］ This research is to explore the potential of Editorial Committee in improving the quality and international visibility of academic journals under the current system transformation, new media challenging and excellent manuscripts were contributed to oversea journals. ［Methodology］ According to CMI journal operation practice, some experiences have been summarized, including promoting academic exchange home and aboard, selecting excellent papers, predicting academic hot topics, and guiding the direction of journals etc. ［Findings］Through these methods, tasks and contributions of editorial board were assessed and valuated effectively, the working enthusiasm was aroused, and the journals were developed. ［Conclusions］ A foundation for enhancing the cohesion of the editorial board, as well as creating science and technology journals could be settled down by the ways of more relying on the editorial members, strengthening the editorial committee system development.
