      【目的】 为改善科技期刊基层作者科技论文写作问题多和缺乏有效指导的现状提供参考。【方法】 结合《广东电力》近年开展的20多期科技论文写作培训经验,以读者调查和日常来稿实例为基础,多角度剖析基层作者在科技论文写作中存在的问题,并对培训的重点内容、高效方式、培训规模等进行探索。【结果】 基层作者在论文写作过程中的主要问题为存在思想认识误区、缺少阅读习惯、缺乏写作常识、轻写作重发表等,开展科技论文写作培训对解决这些问题具有重要意义。【结论】 科技期刊开展的基层作者论文写作培训,不仅可以帮助基层作者掌握写作方法,提升自信;还有利于宣传期刊、培养作者、拓宽优质稿源,进而提升期刊影响力;同时基层培训也是科技期刊宣传规范化写作应尽的社会责任。
英文摘要:
      [Purposes] This study aims to provide references for improving the situation of paper writing and the lack of effective guidance for grassroots authors of scientific journals. [Methods] Based on more than 20 training experiences of <i>Guangdong Electric Power</i> about scientific paper writing for grassroots authors in recent years, we analyzed the problems of grassroots authors in scientific paper writing on the basis of reader investigation and daily grassroots articles, and discussed the significance of grassroots training to solve these problems and explore major topics about grassroots training and high-efficiency ways. [Findings] The grassroots authors mainly have such problems as misunderstanding for paper writing, lack of reading habit and writing common sense, and focusing on publishing instead of writing, which indicates that it is necessary for scientific journals to carry out writing training. [Conclusions] Scientific journals should pay attention to the writing training for grassroots authors, which can effectively guide the writing methods and enhance the authors' self-confidence. It is beneficial to promoting journals, training authors, widening quality manuscript sources, and enhancing the influence of journals. The effective writing training is the social responsibility of scientific journals for propagating normalized writing.
